deXidea Design does not advertise in old way. Instead, we focus all our efforts on SEO, or more simply, getting our web site to appear in Google's search results when someone is searching for a web design company. Our knowledge, and success in this area has allowed us to get to this point. Therefore, it saves us money, and we pass these cost savings on to our clients.
Are there any hidden costs?
Larger firms will tell you that it will cost $XXXX just to get "started". At deXidea Design, we will tell you the price at the beginning - and that's it! This includes a usually 5-7 page web site, and any other activities associated with completing the task, including page layout and design, graphic design, image scanning, digital photography, etc. If your business requires a web site larger than 5-7 pages, additional pages can be added for only some extra charges each. Special requests such as Flash animation or custom application programming are provided for an additional fee depending on the applications.
We do require that the client supply us with content for the web site (text). If your copy writing skills aren't so sharp, we can re-write your content and give it a marketing spin at some extra charge per hour. We also ask that clients provide us with their company logo too. Even sometimes we can design a new log for you as well.
What is involved on our end to get this web site up and running?
It's best if you can provide us with as many marketing and promotional items as possible, such as your logo , corporate brochure, advertisements, etc. This will ensure that the web site we design remains consistent with your current identity.
After a design has been created and approved, it is the client's responsibility to provide us with the website's content (text). If you don't feel comfortable writing the copy for your web site, you can provide us with a list of key points you'd like to discuss on each page and we can write the copy for you some extra charges per page
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require that the client submit a deposit , which is some percentage of the estimated project price before we get started.
Will you provide hosting service and a domain name?
Once your web site has been designed, it must be hosted on a server so that it can be accessed over the Internet. You will also need a domain name for your web site (www.YourCompany.com). We can help you for web site hosting and e-mail service with one of the best price available in the market.
